Roasted Garlic

I have heard many chefs praise roasted garlic and its deliciousness and versatility. I have to agree. It is super simple to make and is amazingly good on many things from toast, to scrambled eggs, to pizza.

To make your own roasted garlic.

Preheat oven to 375f. Take one head of garlic and cut off the top to expose the tops of each clove. Drizzle with a little olive oil (about 2 tsp) and wrap in tin foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cloves are tender and easily pierced with a fork. Remove from oven, keep closed in tin foil and let cool for about 30 minutes.
