Quick and Easy - Salsa Verde

This is a quick and easy recipe, and a great way to add a little zing to many dishes or just have with chips and a Corona.


8 medium sized tomatillo's rinsed and halved

1 large clove of garlic

1/4 cup roughly chopped cilantro

pinch of salt and pepper

1 1/2 tbs sweet and sour mix

1 1/2 tbs Jalapeno - minced

In a blender add all ingredients. Blend on medium speed until all ingredients are finely chopped. Serve with chips, on top of taco's, fajitas or anything else you want to add a little zing to.
