Quick Fix Meal #2 - Warm Caprese Salad Wrap

- Warm Caprese Salad Wrap –

There is a traditional Italian salad called the caprese salad. This generally consists of fresh mozzarella, tomatoes (plum or roma works best), fresh basil leaves, salt pepper, oil and balsamic vinegar.
I reenacted this in a wrap. You can eat it cold, but if you slightly warm it in the microwave for 30-60 seconds, your cheese will begin to melt, the basil will release a little sweat/flavor into the other ingredients, and the tomatoes will slightly soften.

Ingredients:
1 medium size flour or wheat tortilla
3-4 slices of tomatoes depeding how big they are
3 slices of fresh mozzarella
6 fresh basil leaves (or to taste)
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Fresh ground pepper
Kosher salt

To make:
Take tortilla - layer mozzarella, basil and tomatoes. Then drizzle with oil and vinegar and finish with salt and pepper. Microwave on high for 30-60 seconds depending how wrk you want it.
Note: If you do not have oil and vinegar you can use Italian dressing.
