Toast with Goat Cheese, Honey and Toasted Pecans



Cook Time: 5-10 minutes

Ingredients:
2 pieces of bread - toasted
2 slices of goat cheese
Honey to taste
2 tbs toasted pecans

Directions:
Toast bread to desired darkness. Spread goat cheese on hot toast, drizzle with honey and top with pecans. Serve and enjoy!

Yum! I just entered a cooking challenge on Craftster (and won!) with something similar--pears broiled with goat cheese, honey and walnuts. Those flavors are great together!
